OKLINGUE srl tratta i dati personali comunicati dall'Utente connessi alla attività di servizi linguistici, quali: Cognome e Nome dello studente e se minore, anche dei genitori o di chi eserciti la potestà genitoriale, data e luogo di nascita, recapiti di contatto quali indirizzo, indirizzo E-Mail, telefono, codice fiscale e/o partita Iva, come indicati sulla scheda di iscrizione.
3. Finalità e base giuridica del trattamento
Il trattamento dei Dati è effettuato da OKLINGUE srl nello svolgimento delle sue attività. In particolare, i dati forniti dagli utenti e/o interessati saranno oggetto di trattamento, con strumenti informatici e non.
I dati comuni forniti in modo facoltativo, esplicito e volontario attraverso moduli specifici o l’indirizzo di posta elettronica, verranno utilizzati senza necessità di suo espresso consenso, per la finalità di erogazione del servizio e delle prestazioni richieste.
L’eventuale rifiuto a fornire i suddetti tali dati personali comuni comporterà l’impossibilità di soddisfare la richiesta di informazioni e di erogare il servizio e le prestazioni.

4. Modalità e tempi del trattamento
I Dati saranno trattati dalla OKLINGUE srl con sistemi elettronici e manuali, secondo i principi di correttezza, lealtà e trasparenza previsti dalla normativa applicabile in materia di protezione dei dati personali, tutelando la riservatezza dell’Utente/Interessato tramite misure di sicurezza tecniche e organizzative per garantire un livello di sicurezza adeguato per prevenire la perdita dei dati, usi illeciti e non corretti, accesso non autorizzati.

I Dati forniti dall’Interessato/Utente saranno trattati per il tempo necessario a conseguire gli scopi per i quali sono stati raccolti, lo svolgimento del servizio richiesto dall’Utente e richiesto dalle finalità qui descritte, fatti salvi gli obblighi di legge.
Il titolare tratterà i dati per il tempo necessario al conseguimento delle finalità suesposte e comunque li conserverà non più di 2 anni dalla loro raccolta salva l’opposizione del cliente al trattamento secondo le modalità descritte al punto seguente “Esercizio dei diritti”.
